Lunch break is from 12.15pm to 1.15pm. 

Morning Playtime: Children in all years go outside to play, whenever possible, for a 15-minute break between 10:30-10:45 or 10.45am to 11am.

At the end of the school day, parents are encouraged into the playground or Chaffinches garden area. This helps to build up a close relationship between home and school – we want to have good links with all parents.  If normal arrangements have to be altered (e.g. you are delayed or another person is collecting your child), please let us know.  This avoids any confusion or upset.

To get to and from school, walking is definitely the best option if it's possible! There are lots of benefits: it’s healthier than travelling by car, it improves the safety of pedestrians and road-users, and it respects nearby residents and parking regulations. If you do need to travel by car due to distance, please drive and park wisely for our neighbours and for the safety of our children.

School Closure

In the event of school being closed, parents are advised to listen to BBC Radio Suffolk as well as referring to the county website (click on Schools in North of county).
