Wrens make jam tarts.

We followed a recipe to make jam tarts. To make the pastry we rubbed the butter and flour together, mixed in water to form a dough and then rolled it out. Some of the tarts were blind baked which means that we cooked the pastry and then added the jam. The rest of the tarts were cooked with the jam already in. We thought about which type of jam tart looked the best and which tasted the best.
