Swallows children went back in time to the Victorian Era, becoming inmates for a day at the Gressenhall Workhouse Museum. We had a fascinating day finding out about what life was like for the people who lived and worked at this place 150 years ago. We also had a rather gruesome crime to solve, with the help of the Inspector! We managed to work out the culprit and learned a lot on the way! The Victorian Classroom was very interesting and I think we were all glad that we live now rather than then!
